what is in my pills?

Dr. gave me a new prescription for the thyroid.
He upped it x3.
So is it the pill which is giving me this high and
a lot of energy?
OR is Walmart pharmacy giving me some "legal" you know what
in my pills.
Whatever it is I will take it.
